ONE Browser is an Android app developed by Tencent Mobile International Ltd. (Level 29, Three Pacific Place, 1 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong). Others apps created by Tencent Mobile International Ltd. are: StoryCam.

ONE Browser first became available on 12 Dec 2011. It is estimated that ONE Browser has been downloaded between 5000000 and 10000000 times from the Play Store.

ONE Browser 4.2.2 requires the following permissions:

Allows an app to access approximate location. Alternatively, you might want ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION.

Allows an app to access precise location. Alternatively, you might want ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows an application to install a shortcut in Launcher.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

This permission is no longer supported.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to write to external storage.
